Arthur D. Collins, Jr.


Arthur D. Collins Jr. serves as a Senior Advisor to the Oak Hill funds. Prior to partnering with Oak Hill, he served as the Chairman and CEO of Medtronic, Inc. He currently serves on the Board of Directors of Alcoa, Inc., The Boeing Company, Cargill, Inc., and U.S. Bancorp, and he was a member of the undergraduate faculty and a member of the Board of Overseers of The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. Mr. Collins earned a B.S. degree and a Doctor of Laws honorary degree from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio and an M.B.A. degree from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.

T. Michael (“Mike”) Glenn


T. Michael ("Mike") Glenn serves as a Senior Advisor to the Oak Hill funds. Mr. Glenn is a 35-year veteran of FedEx Corporation (NYSE: FDX), a leading global provider of transportation, e-commerce, and business services. Prior to partnering with Oak Hill, he served as President and Chief Executive Officer of FedEx Corporate Services since 2000, managing all marketing, sales, customer service, and retail operations functions for the FedEx Corporation operating companies, including FedEx Office. In addition, Mr. Glenn was a member of FedEx’s five-person Executive Committee, responsible for planning and executing the corporation’s strategic business activities. Mr. Glenn earned a B.A. degree from the University of Mississippi and an M.B.A. degree from the University of Memphis.

Peter B. Hayes


Peter B. Hayes serves as a Senior Advisor to the Oak Hill funds. Prior to partnering with Oak Hill, he served as the Chief Sales Officer of Equinix and led global sales and strategy. Prior to that, Mr. Hayes was Executive Vice President of Commercial Sales and Support at Frontier Communications and was responsible for revenue generation and leading over 1,400 employees. In addition, Mr. Hayes has 14 years of experience at Microsoft in various sales and strategy positions and worked at IBM in various sales, technical, and management roles. Mr. Hayes earned a B.S. degree in Finance from the University of South Alabama.

David A. Jones


David A. Jones serves as a Senior Advisor to the Oak Hill funds. Prior to partnering with Oak Hill, he served as the Chairman and CEO of Spectrum Brands, Inc., a consumer products company with operations in 120 countries worldwide and whose brand names include Rayovac, Varta, Remington, Cutter, and Tetra. Prior to that, Mr. Jones was the Chairman and CEO of Rayovac Corporation (the predecessor to Spectrum Brands, Inc.), a global consumer products company with major product offerings in batteries, portable lighting, and shaving and grooming categories. He currently serves on the Board of Directors of Pentair plc. Mr. Jones earned a B.B.A. degree from Spalding University.

Michael V. Schrock


Michael V. Schrock serves as a Senior Advisor to the Oak Hill funds. Prior to partnering with Oak Hill, he served as the President and COO of Pentair plc, a global diversified industrial company with products, services, and solutions in water, fluid, thermal management, and equipment protection. Mr. Schrock has over 35 years of experience in senior roles at major industrial companies, including Pentair plc and Honeywell International, Inc. In addition, Mr. Schrock has extensive board experience, having recently served on the boards of the Pentair Foundation, Pentair Residential Filtration, LLC (a joint venture between Pentair plc and General Electric Company), and Faradyne Motors, LLC (a joint venture between Pentair plc and Xylem Inc.). He is currently the Lead Director at Plexus Corp. and also serves on the Board of Directors of MTS Systems Corp. Mr. Schrock earned a B.S. degree from Bradley University and an M.B.A. from Northwestern University.

Deven Sharma


Deven Sharma serves as a Senior Advisor to the Oak Hill funds. Prior to partnering with Oak Hill, he served as the President of Standard & Poor’s Financial Services LLC. Prior to that, Mr. Sharma served as the Executive Vice President of Global Strategy for The McGraw-Hill Companies, a global information and media company, and a Partner at Booz Allen Hamilton, a management consulting firm. Mr. Sharma has served on the boards of 1-800 Flowers.com, CRISIL Limited, and Standard & Poor’s Financial Services LLC and was an advisor to The McGraw-Hill Companies. Mr. Sharma serves as a fellow of Connection Science at MIT Media Lab. Mr. Sharma earned a Ph.D. degree from The Ohio State University, an M.S. degree from University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, and a B.S. degree from Birla Institute of Technology.

John W. Zimmerman


John W. Zimmerman serves as a Senior Advisor to Oak Hill funds. Prior to partnering with Oak Hill, he served as the CFO and a Board Director of Tomkins plc, a global engineering and manufacturing group and parent company of The Gates Corporation, the leading global manufacturer of power transmission belts and a global manufacturer of fluid power products. Mr. Zimmerman has over 20 years of experience in senior operating or finance roles within Tomkins plc and its subsidiaries. He currently serves on the Board of Trustees of Ken Denver School. Mr. Zimmerman is a Chartered Accountant (S.A.) and earned a B.Com. degree from University of Cape Town.
